How much does MicroCylo cost?
MicroCylo costs Rs 45,000 for a single counter and Rs 85,000 for a depot running up to four machines on one book. Both are one-time licences bought outright, not subscriptions, and both include installation, your letterhead configured, and the first year of support. There is no monthly fee and no charge per user.

Why is it bought once instead of monthly?
Because the software runs on your own computer rather than on a server we rent, there is no monthly cost for us to pass on. A subscription would also mean your books stop being readable the month you stop paying, and for a register that has to settle arguments years later, that is the wrong trade.

Is there a monthly fee for MicroCylo?
No. The licence is bought once. Support renews yearly and is optional, and the licence itself does not expire.
Do I pay per user?
No. The depot and counters licence covers up to four machines on one book for a single price, however many people use them.
What does support cost after the first year?
The first year is included in the licence. Renewal is optional and priced separately, so ask us for the current figure when you book the demo. Nothing stops working if you do not renew.
What happens if I stop paying for support?
Nothing stops working. The licence does not expire, your books stay on your machine and stay readable, and you can still export everything to PDF or Excel. Support only covers help, updates and installations.
Can I try it before I buy it?
Yes, on your own figures. Send us a page of your register or a month of your Excel, and we will load it before the demo so what you see on the screen is your depot and not a made up one.
Is there a price for more than one depot?
Yes, priced per site, with a separate book for each depot and consolidated reporting across them. That one is a conversation rather than a number on a page.
